Terms of Service
Last updated: June 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Carda, a digital business card service operated by Saveron Digital Inc. (“Carda”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Carda, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 to use Carda. You’re responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for the accuracy of the information on your card. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
2. The service
Carda lets you build a digital business card, share it via a link, QR code, or wallet pass, and (on Pro) view analytics and collect leads. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.
3. Free and Pro plans
Carda offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan at $2.99/month or $24.99/year. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. We may change pricing with advance notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or impersonate anyone;
- upload malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful;
- abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service;
- use lead capture to collect data without the sender’s knowledge or consent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content
You own the content you put on your card. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service (for example, serving your public page and generating your wallet pass). You’re responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
6. Wallet passes
Adding your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is provided on an as-available basis and is also subject to Apple’s and Google’s respective terms.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use Carda ends and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
Carda is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saveron Digital Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Saveron Digital Inc.’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
